Yes, if I’m to suggest or make a point on my personal view, i will say the Writer or author of the Epistle of the Hebrews is Apostle Paul. Because the format and the addressing of the letter are similarly like the writings of Apostle Paul and writing to same people (the Church). Yes, when compared with the greetings from Apostle Paul’s letters to the Church from other books like the book of Romans all to Philemon, we see the introductions at the first verses of the books are same unlike that of The book of Hebrews. And that is the more reason it should be classified under the General Epistle because there is no definite fact about the Author but the writings is to the Christian Church in General and not individual just like the other books/letters which are often called The General Epistles (James, first and second Peter, first John, second John, third John, and Jude).

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
    John 1:29 KJV

Who can take the sin of the world if not God. Ordinarily it could sound blasphemy to the hearing of other men around there….especially to the scribes, the Sadducees, the Sanhedrin, the Pharisees…I call them the Sadis….it has never been seen or said of a man that will be baptized by John the Baptist will be the Messiah that will come and take away the sins of mankind. John the Baptist being the prophet of his time spoke with authority based on the revelation he got in the Spirit. Jesus as God in form of man has to fulfill the scripture and the anointing of God has to come upon Him here on Earth for Him to carry out his earthly mission.

The Word Take Away means to bear, who can bear ones sin if not God.

    Romans 11:27
[27]For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

    Hebrews 10:4
[4]For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

Jesus(God), the second of the God head. Came in form of man to take away the sins of the world ones and for all. John 3:16

There is a man in your kingdom who has within him the spirit of the holy gods. During Nebuchadnezzar’s reign, this man was found to have insight, understanding, and wisdom like that of the gods. Your predecessor, the king—your predecessor King Nebuchadnezzar—made him chief over all the magicians, enchanters, astrologers, and fortune-tellers of Babylon. This man Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar, has exceptional ability and is filled with divine knowledge and understanding. He can interpret dreams, explain riddles, and solve difficult problems. Call for Daniel, and he will tell you what the writing means.”
    Daniel 5:11‭-‬12 NLT

Daniel was introduced by the queen, no hiding place. The act of God was so glaring upon him….
He was identify as a true prophet of God or the one the almighty God is using without doubting because of results seen (right hand evidence of the power of God). Daniel stayed in the Faith and continually building preparing himself to be used by God. It wasn’t a one time thing. He stayed in the Faith.

    BIBLE OVERVIEW 2

Under what classification does the Epistle to the Hebrews fall: Pauline Epistles or the General Epistles. This book is classified under the General epistles.

The book of Hebrews which author is unknown, but many believe it to be the work of Apostle Paul. This book was written primarily to the Jews who were renouncing their belief in Christ because of persecution. They were reverting to their former Jewish beliefs and practices.

The Epistle to the Hebrews; this book gives a wonderful revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ, His priesthood and the work that He accomplished for us. Hebrews shows how our position in Christ and His sacrificial work is far superior to what was available under the old covenant. The word better is the keyword in this letter. We have a better hope, covenant, substance, country and resurrection.

The Epistle to the Hebrews is classified under The General Epistles; (James, first and second Peter, first John, second John, third John, and Jude). These seven letters are often called The General Epistles because they seem to speak to the Christian Church in General rather than individual Churches. They are also united by their interest in practical matters (share some common themes and assumptions as they address the problem of sin). They are heavy on exhortation. The authors direct their epistles to insiders – those who already belong to the community of believers in Jesus.

1- To a large extent, the exhortation of these letters focuses on the need to remain firm in one’s commitment to this belief and to the community of the faithful. One of the central characterizations of sin in this text is, therefore, turning away from Jesus and the believing community or returning to a past state and past behaviors.

2- Each of these epistles also seeks to reinforce a reorientation of disordered desires. Sin arises when one’s primary orientation or inclination is towards the present, visible world. This entails accepting the logic and values of the evil age. Humanity in general is inclined to desire the corruptible things of this world. These texts argue that a proper orientation for life looks instead towards unending life in unhindered fellowship in the future age.

3- The General Epistles were written to guide Christians experiencing tensions in the world around them. They can be helpful to workplace Christianity. Two major principles underlie the variety of items treated in these letters; ‘’the need to trust God to provide for us and we must work for the benefit of others in need’.

    PNEUMATOLOGY

5 people who were inspired by the Holy Spirit and what He enabled them to achieve.

All the Miracles, Signs, Wonders, acts of Wisdom we read from the Old Testament were initiated or inspired through the help of the Spirit of God. Man is not of himself: God created man on earth for a purpose. So Man existence is for the purpose of God.

In the Old Testament, God in the Person of the Holy Spirit Chooses whom He will use to accomplish a specific task or purpose needed at the moment. God communicated to the people of the Old Testament through Prophets, Priest, individual selected men/women to act upon as inspired by the Holy Spirit which was needed at that moment or for a period of time.

1- Daniel; The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is a book where one will practically see the tangibility of the work of God as inspired by the Holy Spirit that brought great achievement to the Glory of God. Just to quote but few verses as I state below; Daniel 1:9,17,18,19,20, Daniel 2:24-49
    – Daniel and the three Hebrew boys were determined not to eat the food provided in the Royal palace, and decided to eat just vegetables which was really awkward for the purpose of their training in the palace. I believe it was the Holy Spirit inspired idea and at the end of the training Daniel and the 3Hebrew boys were chosen by the King for he found the 10times better.
    – In Daniel 2:1-49 Daniel was able to tell King Nebuchadnezzer his dream and the interpretation of it when all the magicians, astrologers, sorcerers could not. It was the Holy Spirit Inspired ideas that enabled Daniel. Then the king worshiped Daniel and made Daniel a great man.

2- Joseph In the book of Genesis chapter 41; Pharaoh had two dreams and was disturbed because he didn’t understand the dream and needed an interpreter. The magicians, the Wise men of Egypt were told about the dream by Pharaoh and they couldn’t interpret either. Joseph was remembered and was brought out of Prison to interpret Pharaoh’s dream and the Spirit of God gave Joseph the interpretation of the dream then Pharaoh had his peace and made Joseph a ruler of Egypt after him.

3- Joshua and the walls of Jericho; Joshua 6:1-27. After Joshua and the people of Israel have miraculously crossed the Jordan river. God instructed Joshua to match round the City of Jericho 7 times with the children of Israel to gain victory over the city. The city of Jericho was destroyed and the children of Israel took over the City. Joshua was inspired by the Holy Spirit.

4- 1Samuel 16 and 17; David was anointed by Samuel as instructed by God. Samuel inspired by the Holy Spirit as He was able to identify David as the chosen one amongst his brothers and when David was anointed He killed Goliath.
    5. Numbers 22, 23 and 24; Balaam and His Donkey, Balaam and the people of Israel;
The Donkey was enabled to Speak to Balaam as inspired by the Holy Spirit and Balaam Blesses the Children of Israel as inspired by the Holy Spirit even when Balaam has been paid by Balak.

    The Deity of Christ Jesus.

When one talks about a deity, he’s talking about a supreme being, a god, a creator, someone or something he worship, reverencing and pledges his ought most loyalty to. Someone he recognises as his god.

4 Scriptures that shows the Deity of Jesus Christ.

1- Behold! John exclaimed the Lamb of God! According to (John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
    John 1:29 KJV)

John recognises Jesus as God who has come inform of man(flesh and blood) to take away the sin of man once and for all.

    2- John 6:35
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Jesus is making it known to them here that he is the giver and restorer of life. And he is the only God that can give them the full vitality of life. If they believe in Him and follow Him, they will never lack wisdom or crave of the things of this world. They will experience the fullness of life of abundance in Christ Jesus.

6-Jesus explained, “I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through union with me.
    John 14:6‭-‬7 TPT

Jesus is speaking about his personality here as the redeemer. He is the source of life and they must be in agreement with him, or in Union with him to have access to God the Father. Him Jesus and God are one and through him they will experience the presence of God.

    4. John 3:16

God has come in the person of His Son Jesus, for he that receives Jesus shall have life eternal. He has come to give life abundance to those that believe and will guide and direct their part to a fulfilling destiny.
