Application Fee

The application process begins once receipt of the payment of your non-refundable Application Fee of ₦5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only, has been confirmed. Payment can be made directly into Ekklesia’s Bank Account (details below) or online. Kindly attach your proof of payment — Bank deposit slip or receipt printed online to your Application Form.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS: TUITION FEES

The school year is divided into 3 trimesters.

For students taking the certificate programs in any of the Christianity Service disciplines (i.e. Leadership, Music and Business) as well as those students taking the certificate program in Christianity Basics, the tuition fee per trimester is ₦35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Naira) only. This brings the total fees for the School Year to ₦105,000.00 (One Hundred and Five Thousand Naira) only.

Upon admission, payment is due before the first trimester begins. However, students may choose to pay the fees in two instalments of ₦20,000.00 and ₦15,000.00 with the second instalment due a month after the resumption of school. Students who fail to pay a month after resumption will pay an additional 20% of the fees as a penalty. Failure to pay fees may prevent a student from writing the Assessments at the end of the trimester, and this may eventually result in the loss of studentship.

DIPLOMA (CLERGY) PROGRAM: TUITION FEES

The clergy program is divided into 6 trimesters spread over two school years.

In the first trimester, clergy students will pay ₦35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Naira) only as tuition fees. From the second trimester, the tuition fee per trimester is ₦60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Naira) only. In addition, the cost of a compulsory mission trip is ₦40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Naira) only. This brings the total fees for the School Year to ₦375,000.00 (Three Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Naira) only over a period of two school years.

Upon admission, payment is due before the first trimester begins. Subsequently, payment is due before or at the beginning of the trimester. Students who fail to pay a month after resumption will pay 20% on the fees as penalty. Failure to pay fees may prevent a student from writing the Assessments at the end of the trimester, and this may eventually result in the loss of studentship.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (FOR CLERGY STUDENTS ONLY)

Upon resumption, clergy students are expected to pay a refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only as a security deposit. This fee will indemnify the School for any damages the student may cause to its property. If the student caused no damage to the School property, at the end of each trimester the fee will be automatically moved to the subsequent trimester as the student’s security deposit for that trimester. and the balance will be brought forward to the subsequent trimester and the student will be expected to pay the difference. Where there is no balance and/or extra to be paid, the student will have to pay it as well as the security deposit for the subsequent trimester. At the end of the student’s program, the security deposit, or whatever is left of it will be returned to the student.

Financial Aid Request Form

Financial aid is only open to applicants on the clergy path. Applicants who think they may have challenges meeting up with the financial obligations may fill this form to make a case for financial aid. Financial Aid requests may be turned down, may result in varying discounts on the tuition and book fees or may result in a complete tuition and book scholarship. Applicants are advised not to make spurious applications for financial aid.
